This workout will develop your strength and stamina.
Each round will challenge you both physically and mentally. Learning combative boxing techniques and tactics will challenge your brain, while keeping your hands up and punching for 8 to 12 rounds will challenge your body.
Learning to Box develops your upper body because of the numerous punches you will throw in each class.
Boxing also develops your lower body because of all of the intricate footwork that you learn and practice in each training session.
Each Private Boxing Lesson I will build up your body armor, every class will end with exercises that will help chisel your abs and core.
